Where am i going?

Namaskaram....I am really in a mood of travelling..i suppose, people in this world used to travel a lot to gain knowledge, i.e wisdom, 'ilm', that helped them to live life purposefully...Off late, meaning of knowledge and purposefull life are confused with learning a technique/profession to help one in acquiring immense wealth to lead a indulgant/materially rich life...But i meant, it in the older meaning, i.e knowledge of the universe, knowledge of the human emotions of love, selfless service, humility...Now, i have learned how to work with a computer, speaks and writer english and some useless statistics and information like who is the director of the movie named Titanic... But, how much i know about the purpose of life? What effort i have put into knowing that!!! May the Almighty guide me in the right path..

Ramzan........

Hi,

This is the month of Ramzan...The month in which the first verses of the Quran was revealed to prophet Muhammed ...This is the spring season of virtues...when we get ready in body and soul to welcome the month, to earn as much of virtues as possible by reading Quran, understanding and imbibing its messages into our life and observing the month long fasting and praying and doing namaz in the end of the midnight..
Let me have a checklist for this years Ramzan.

1. Did u do the namaz in Adaa, Jamaa, in mosque?
2. Did u fast all the days?
3. How many chapters of Quran, did u read?
4. How many chapters/verses did u learn by heart.
5. How many chapters of quran did u study the meaning?
6. Do u think the fasting and prayers has made a significant improvement to ur Imaan.
7. Do u think the fastings has made ur life more organised?

Some lessons of life

1. Now i understand, why good dressing and outlook is required in life...If u r dressed well, shaved/trimmed properly and bathed, you are ready for the day!!! U r ready to work or take up challenges and innumerable tests that Allah has decided u to go through...
2. The difficulties that i face recently ( 1.Getting back the advance amount that i payed for the rented house 2. My younger sisters relation ) has made me to plead Allah for Help...Now i know the importance of regular prayer/ and Namaz. Allah only is the Helper.

Reason for Injustice, Cruelty, Wickedness......of the human kind

This is a sms i sent to Anwarka, on my way to Kozhikkode, in a KSRTC bus.


Hi, let us speculate on the reason for injustice, cruelty, wickedness and immorality of mankind.. Ultimately many or most of us want to b good in dealings with others, v want to lead a peaceful, happy life.. Let us think of the bus conductor of this bus.. His wife n kids, n probably mother, r waiting at home for him.. What do they feel abt him ; as a good man/father/son...he himself want to be a good man.. Then how come suddenly a girl on the way came as a disturber of his mental peace.. how come a drunkard made him so angry? As an extension, what was the feeling of the mothers of Hitler, Modi, Bush and Osama, when they were born!!! Did they foresee this much of cruelty by their own baby to humanity? I don’t think.. more over did these men think in their childhood that ' I Will wreck havoc on the surface of earth'.. I cant believe that too.. then what made them these kind of people who r dreaded n hated by all? Shall v speculate!!!

1.To assign an IP address and default gateway to eth0 interface,

#ifconfig eth0 10.37.111.3 netmask 255.255.0.0
#route add default gw 10.37.111.1

#ifconfig ----> shows the current ip and gateway details

Ultimately, what is our aim???

Whatever philosophical explanations we give as a reason for our existence, like,
1. to make contributions to humanity or specifically to a particular field -like science and technology, arts etc-
2. to attain enlightenment
3.to be an ornamentation on the earth like a beautiful flower or bird or tree;

ultimately we aim the Heaven, our goal is to reach the Paradise where from we are thrown out- like going back to the comforts and security of our mother's womb-.

Purpose of life....

Subhanallah, i used to wonder about the purpose of life, many a times...it used to hound me ...making me confused always....till our baby is born...
Now, from some where , alhamdulillah, i have that courage to stand for things in life..not confused and doubtfull, but clear cut..
